All massages are provided in private, individual treatment rooms. We do not offer traditional couples massage, but we may be able to schedule two massages at the same time (in separate rooms) or back-to-back, depending on provider availability. Please reach out in advance to coordinate.

Upon request, we provide Superbills, detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement through HSA/FSA funds or out-of-network massage benefits.
Please note, TLR does not bill insurance directly. Full payment is due at the time of service, and reimbursement is handled between you and your insurance provider. We recommend confirming your specific coverage with your provider beforehand.
To request a Superbill, email ellie@ladiesroom206.com with your full name, date(s) of service, and whether you'd like to receive it digitally or by mail/pickup. Superbills are processed weekly, every Friday.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve your spot, services require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Your deposit goes directly toward your total, so you'll simply pay the remaining balance (plus tax) at checkout.
Services (massages, facials, scrubs, and waxing): Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, and cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service price.
Repeat Late Cancels: Multiple late cancellations may result in closure of your client file.
To cancel or reschedule, please call us or use your online account as soon as possible so we can open your spot up to another guest.
No-Show Policy
All no-shows are charged 100%.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving more than 5 minutes late for services under 60 minutes, or more than 15 minutes late for services 60 minutes or longer, cannot be guaranteed. The full service fee will be charged.
