Life happens! Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% fee.

Spa Passes/Hydrotherapy: First-time guests get a free pass on late cancellations. After that, late cancels are charged 100%.

Services: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, and cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service price.

Repeat Late Cancels: Multiple late cancellations may result in closure of your client file.

We are a tops-optional, bottoms-required spa every day of the week. We are always a safe and inclusive space for women, femmes, non-binary, and gender non-conforming folks.

Once a week, we offer All Gender Wednesdays, where men are welcome to enjoy hydrotherapy and services. We also hold special events and private parties that are open to all genders.

Yes! The Ladies Room is a silent spa, meaning we ask all guests to refrain from talking in the hydrotherapy and lounge areas. This ensures a peaceful and restorative experience for everyone. If you need to communicate, please do so in whispers.

• Booking Services: Reservations are encouraged, especially for spa passes on busy days (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Appointments are required for our spá-la-carte services.

• Booking Multiple Services: You can book multiple services online or by calling us at 206-466-2374. Services are scheduled in the following order: Spa Pass → Scrub → Massage → Facial. Please note that your Spa Pass start time and the start times of your services are not the same; services will start after your Spa Pass at the scheduled times. Plan your day accordingly.

• Using Gift Cards or Discounts: Book online as usual; discounts and gift cards can be applied in person after your spa experience.

For safety reasons, we do not offer services to clients in their first trimester of pregnancy. We recommend waiting until your second trimester before booking treatments. If you have questions about what’s safe for you, feel free to reach out to your healthcare provider—we’re happy to help.

• Age Limits: Guests must be 18 years or older to visit The Ladies Room.

• Group Size Restrictions: The maximum group size is 4 people to maintain our silent spa environment. For groups larger than 4, please email hello@ladiesroom206.com.

Our locker rooms and restrooms are shared spaces and are not separated by gender. All guests are welcome to use any facility comfortably.

If you'd prefer more privacy when changing, you're always welcome to use the restroom stalls.

• Medication: Avoid waxing if you're using Retin-A, Accutane (currently or in the past 4 months), certain antibiotics, or skin medications, or if you're recovering from recent laser treatments or peels. Inform your skincare professional about any medications that could affect skin sensitivity.

• Hair Growth: Allow hair to grow for at least 2 weeks, aiming for about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of growth for the best results.

• Skin Reaction: It's normal to experience redness after waxing, which usually subsides within a few hours or up to 24 hours for sensitive skin.

• Post-Waxing Care: Avoid hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, tanning beds, pools, beaches, or excessive sun exposure for 48 hours after your wax to prevent irritation or breakouts.

Our herbal tea is Sweet Mint Tisane, from Market Spice Tea in The Pike Place Market. It contains licorice root, peppermint leaves, spearmint leaves, fennel seed, basil, and rosehips.

We require a card on file when you book to secure your reservation. This is only used in case of a no-show or late cancellation fee. You won’t be charged until the end of your visit. At that time, any applicable discounts or gift cards will be applied before finalizing the payment.

Yes, we use lavender and eucalyptus essential oils in our diffusers and have a eucalyptus steam room. We also use a lavender-scented bathroom spray.

Yes, we are a cashless business for all services and retail purchases. However, we gladly accept cash for tips if you'd like to show your appreciation to your provider that way.

Every afternoon around 3 pm, our team performs a midday chlorination test to ensure the pools stay clean, safe, and perfectly balanced.

If a pool needs additional chlorination, it may be temporarily closed for about 30 minutes. This allows the water to rebalance properly before guests return to soaking.

We do our best to time this during natural downtime and keep disruptions minimal. Thank you for your patience as we maintain the serenity (and sparkle) of our space.
